chevron_rightHow often does the Board meet Your HOA Board meets the first Tuesday of every other month. Times and location will be posted on this website before each meeting.

chevron_rightI have lost or need a new amenity pool card.. If you have lost or need a new Pool, Tennis, or Playground access card. Please email us at HOA@stephensmill.com. Please note that the cost per card is $25.00. If you have not paid your HOA Dues, then a card will not be issued and the card in your possesion will be deactivated.

chevron_rightI've lost my copy of the By-laws, where can I obtain another copy? Under the Documents tab, you can find all HOA documents, including all forms needed to upgrade or make changes to your property.
